The latest notch in Portland fashion design bed post comes courtesy of the vision of local design duo church + state (Rachel Turk and Nathaniel Crissman). As reported by ultra, they are one of the top five finalists in the women’s apparel category, and will be appearing on May 16 at a fashion show in New York featuring two of their dresses.
