This past Saturday marked the 3rd Annual Mercury PIZZAZZ city-wide talent show, and holy crap! What a blast it was! This SOLD OUT performance (over 200 people were turned away at the door!) was an amazing display of comedy, singing, dancing, and unclassifiable stuff that was way too weird to explain. Here are the top winners!
3rd Place: The bass playing and singing virtuosity of LISA MANN!
2nd Place: The yodeling musicianship of WILDER & NOLAN, THE YODELING COWBOYS!
And our grand prize winner was…
The amazing 80s-style flash-dancey and singing performance of DIAMOND MOTION, who did a fantastic show-stopping rendition of Bonnie Tyler’s “I NEED A HERO.”
Find out more about our winners, Diamond Motion (aka Elise Mravunac and Maddison Bond) in this week’s Mercury. ALSO! If you’re kicking yourself over missing this kick-ass show, we’ll do our best to post select videotaped performances from the show all this week on the Mercury Pod ‘n’ Vod page.

Congratulations again to DIAMOND MOTION!
And thanks to ALL of our contestants and judges who made this year’s competition the Pizzazziest show ever!

The acrobats who twirled "fire" got burned. They had tons of Pizzazz. I almost wet my pants when they didn't win (but that could have been the pitcher of beer working its magic).
