It seems like the last time the Trail Blazers won five straight games, basketball was only being played by a bunch of bearded Mennonites using Peach Baskets for hoops. Ok, maybe not that long ago, but regardless, the Blazers are on a very impressive win streak with last night’s 89-87 victory over the Houston Rockets.
Tomorrow night they are at home against the Toronto Raptors, but until then, let’s all enjoy this picture of Jarrett Jack schooling Yao Ming under the basketball.
God, I love this team.
Keep up the Blazer blogging. Try to get some interviews and put together a podcast. The Mercury needs more sports coverage anyway. And the Blazers need more Merc-demographic fans.
Totally! Keep it up, Mr. Davis. There are Merc readers who nerd out over the Blazers. I don't have cable, but I listen to most games on the AM. Even when they are on KGW I listen to the radio broadcast with Wheels and Tone!
Mr Davis? Please. All he knows about is The Premiership and Pakistani Cricket.

Yeah, holy shit is right. They're better than at least half of the league right now... only .5 games out of the playoff race. If they were in the east, they'd be a shoo-in.
They have swagger again. Dare I say, en fuego?
