Gossip Mercury Girls Party with Britney Spears*

Posted by Wm. Steven Humphrey on Mon, Jan 15 at 12:13 PM

*Or at least in the same general vicinity. Saturday night, the Mercury editorial girls donned their shortest skirts to party in famed Las Vegas celeb hipster hangout, Ghost Bar in the Palms Casino Hotel (where that season of the Real World was filmed). Little did they know that while they were scoring free bottles of Grey Goose off lonely young men and freak dancing with weekend lesbians—I’m sure they’ll fill you in on the details if you ask for it in the comments section—BRITNEY SPEARS was very nearby! Here’s the scoop from Female First

Britney Spears and model-and-actor Isaac Cohen spent the night together in the Hugh Hefner suite of a Las Vegas hotel on Saturday night, it has been reported.

The pair stayed in the Fantasy Tower wing of The Palms hotel, in the $40,000-a-night, two-story Hugh Hefner Sky Villa, which has an 8ft rotating bed, a Jacuzzi, full bar and a glass elevator.

A source said: “They seem very happy together.”

Staff at The Palms refused to comment.

In a related story, Mercury managing editor MARJORIE SKINNER shares two very interesting traits with Britney Spears: 1) They both like to sport tissue-sized skirts in Vegas, and 2) neither know how to properly exit a car. KNOW WHAT I MEAN?
