people like this don't grasp a central premise of human nature.

NOBODY CARES about you or your backyard or looking at it. you see, because there's this philosophical concept called the world not revolving around you. people have their own lives, their own concerns, their own thoughts. ie, things that will draw them away from universally being locked into the idea of catching a quick glimpse of your back yard as they drift by on their tram ride.

and no matter what sized font you use to tell them to look at you, they probably still will never care.

and if it was my backyard, or his, or whoever's, we'd be just like the (probably) millions that live within a few hundred yards of the elevated transit tracks in chicago, new york, or LA.

i actually like this better than the ads some other folks in the 'hood are putting up. at least it's about more than money with this fellow. it's about his naked hot tubbing or naked bbqs or whatever other activities one gets up to in a well-fenced back yard. drugs?

i do feel a little sorry for the lair hill folks, but plenty of other people don't have back yard privacy, and they don't resort to swearing at happy five-year-old girls and rickety old grandmas like those who ride the tram.

Who cares if 5-year-old girls and Grandmas see it? It's a word.

I should probably clarify on Jami's speculation about the guy doing "drugs?" in his back yard or having naked bbq's is unsubstantiated expression of opinion, in case the guy happens to have an attorney reading this!

What Happened to privacy. I'm with the home owner on this one. FUCK THE TRAM and the people who built it. I'm sure no one on supporting the tram would actually support a cable car floating above there house so people can see into your backyard. It's not about being self centered like one arrogant "prick" said on this post, it's a simple mater of privacy, which I think we all appreciate and enjoy for time to time.

This is about being LIED TO. These folks were told their privacy would not be TAKEN AWAY. They were told people would not be able to see into their yards and houses.
They HAD privacy, and were LIED TO. Much like our government is lying to us every day. (listening on phone calls etc.)

Ok Lyle honestly your missing the point...he's not being self centered, he's merely expresing his irritation for the giant piece of metal carrying people that comes rolling by his house every 20 minutes... People can't see it? Great, but its still just him expressing his opinion. Oh and nice use of the word narcissist, moron.
