News Clean & Safe Spawns “Dirty & Dangerous?”

Rumor is: The Portland Business Alliance’s downtown Clean & Safe program (which funds Portland’s Private Police) could be on the verge of spawning a humorous direct-activism group called “Portland Dirty and Dangerous,” which is planning to follow downtown’s rent-a-cops around the city. We’ll let you know if we hear more, I can only hope they will be ironically dressed in Brooks Brothers
