Portland Today in PDX

On my way to work this morning I saw this on the corner of SE 15th and Main: A soiled tissue, a half-eaten and squashed pomegranate, a pair of size 2 women’s panties, and a dog-eared copy of “Rubyfruit Jungle” by Rita Mae Brown. There are so many captions that could go with this photo, but I’m going to take the high road: Perhaps the lesbian coming-of-age novel genre has finally come of age?

Cheers,
martin
