Sports Greg Oden is Not Human

Greg Oden, the future number one draft pick of the Blazers, is not human.

Or, at least, that is the impression you get when you see his stats from the NBA predraft camp. Oden beat his top-pick rival Kevin Durant in pretty much every category, and even more amazing, it took Oden 3.27 seconds to run 3/4 of the court. If you want to put that in prospective, Oregon’s speedy Aaron Brooks ran the same distance is 3.2 seconds. Oden is a full foot taller, and 160 pounds heavier, than Brooks. Wow.

Yes I know, workout stats are a little dorky, but for Blazers fans, this is some pretty exciting news. How long does it take me to run 3/4 of the court? I’m pretty fast, but I use one of these.

Dude gets down the court because he only needs to take 3 or 4 strides... Whatever, as a Blazer fan, I'm ready to claim my fake-check jackpot from the lottery. God, I can't wait to see him in Black & Red.

Also... anyone else think the Blazers' unis and logo need a serious updating? Canzano touched on this too...

update the unis and logo?
no way!

if anything they need to go back to the old shit.

but agreed on oden. i can not wait.

if you're just going to paraphrase a previously written article- why not link to it?

Uhh, he did link to it.

yer right- my bad.

But did you have to bite Quick's article so hard? I realize you're not in Orlando, so I wouldn't expect fresh takes, but this seems like plagiarism.

Are you high? Dude wasn't there and he wrote about sports stats. Was he supposed to not take them from the article? Should he have made them up?
