According to our ol’ friend Daniel, Oregonians For Immigration Reform (Oregon’s version of Mensa) will be at city hall this Wednesday morning, protesting Mayor Tom Potter’s denunciation of last week’s immigration raid.

Expect a rational debate about the global economy, the marginalization and scapegoating of transnational communities, free market forces vis a vis labor demand, and the outsourcing of America’s skilled-labor employment.

Ha ha. Just kidding. Expect a lot of “Go home, ILLEGAL!” and “Deport Potter!” and “Immigration=Terrorism!” plus a lot of colorful signs. Sometimes this lady comes out to sing songs at these things—she sure lets the love of the lord shine through her with songs about her hatred for illegal immigrants.

Aaaaanyway, Sam Adams should probably keep an extra eye out on Wednesday morning—he’s especially hated by the anti-immigrant crowd.
