Portland Tapers Strike Again!

Look what I discovered outside the Mercury offices today… THE TAPERS HAVE STRUCK AGAIN!
DAMN YOU, PHIL BUSSE! (Oh, fine. You can sit and watch the KATU helicopters for ONE DAY.)
But Phil wasn’t the only taper, because just a few feet away…
Yes, that says, “M # One.” (Or Mercury is #1.) See, you guys? I told you Jack Bog would come around!

Sure is! Because we TAPED IT OFF.
Careful, careful. I'm not gonna say it's going to be a riot or anything. But you know, punches could be thrown and it could get downright nasty when someone finds out that the tape around that paper box has been pulled up.
This is great and all but when are we going to get some updates on Randy Leonard's sit/lie ordinance? Has the original ordinance gone into effect?
