It's a Snape impersonator protesting the deletion of LiveJournal accounts based on Harry Potter fanfic...

This sick baby might still be alive had the ambulance not been delayed by the Burnside Bridge being up for AN HOUR yesterday, letting what must have been the entire US naval fleet into Portland.

That's just wrong. Protest the politicians, not the military. Good job on the disturbing visual though.
