TV Blogtown Salutes… Alfonso Ribeiro!

Posted by Wm. Steven Humphrey on Mon, Jul 23 at 1:30 PM

Best known for his role as dorky Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, actor Alfonso Ribeiro was also an excellent dancer, as the following video will prove. Alfonso Ribeiro? BLOGTOWN SALUTES YOU. Now… let’s do “THE CARLTON!”

IN RELATED TRIVIA: Alfonso Ribeira was also the star of one of your favorite commercials (and mine) from the ’80s, pretending to be one Mr. Michael Jackson. Wow. I had forgotten how awesome this was.

Even better than his part of the dancing Pepsi Generation, was the Alfonso Ribeiro Breakdancing Kit (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sd4C8_FMdjA).

I'd never be seen leaving the house with the "fold-out breaking board", but I learned some of my best moves from Alfonso.
