Politics Chief Justice Roberts Has An Unreasonable Seizure

Posted by Scott Moore on Mon, Jul 30 at 4:42 PM

Chief Justice John Roberts had a seizure earlier today; apparently, it’s the second one he’s had since 1993.

He’s fine, and made it out with a few scrapes and no neurological damage. I’m not making this up—the medical term for what he suffered is “a benign idiopathic seizure.”

So, along with police officers under Roberts’ Supreme Court, it looks like God is also exempt from the Fourth Amendment.

Thanks, I’ll be here all week with more lame, arcane legal jokes.

Comments

I should add that I don't generally find seizures to be humorous.

I don't find seizures to be humorous either. Still, I wish Roberts had dropped dead and we would have another chance at his seat.

Really.

Geez, Keith,

Can't we just wait until after the next Presidential Election to start filling new S.Ct. vacancies?
