This is one of the most amazing YouTubes I’ve ever seen: 1500 prison inmates in the Philippines doing a live dance routine to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” This is… words fail me. Just watch. It’s… astonishing.

Pretty interesting and definitely a different point of view. In the Philippines, there is also a prison that doesn't have any jail cells and inmates can live with their families. It is to me, the pinnacle of criminal rehab.
