Today marks the release of a new album from a recently reunited ’90s alt-rock band.

No, not this disaster.

I’m talking about Three Easy Pieces, the new record from Buffalo Tom. The Boston trio is still writing smart pop songs‚ although they seem to lack the impact of 1993’s Big Red Letter Day, and singer Bill Janovitz’s voice is as raspy as ever. The band is back on the road, but not touring here, because, much like The Pogues, they are jerks.

Jordan and Angela are so stoked right now!!

I don't know what she sees in Catalano. I hate him!
