Yes, chances are that you probably already knew that the further adventures of Kells, Twon, and Bridget are due for DVD release on August 21. What’s lesser known is that Kells’ video preview of the whole Martin-meets-Albee mess hit the internet today. It drives me crazy that I can’t find an embeddable copy of this, so you’ll just have to click here to watch it. It’s all kind of a big tease (that’s R. Kelly for you!)—the video is mostly just our man walking us through what’s happened in the story so far, but it shouldn’t surprise you that it’s the best video you’ll see all day. Our ever-reliable narrator pops up gopher-style to sprinkle the narrative with countless utterances of “oh shit,” while referring to Trapped ’s gay guy simply as “the gay guy.”

Remember last week when I came down hard on everybody for camping out overnight and having to be the first person in line for everything new that comes out?

I take it all back.

I already have a new favorite character. It's the old guy (R. KELLY?!) in the lower right-hand corner of the box. The one rockin' the mic! NO! No, wait! It's the old guy (R. KELLY?!) in the middle of all those people! The one who looks like he just shat himself. Yeah. That one. He's my new favorite.

I like the part with the midget.

Does he put on a fat lady costume in this one? I can't tell from the picture. I bet he does. The narrator probably calls her "the Fat Lady".
