There’s so much going on this weekend… add this to the list: The 13th Annual Bones & Brews festival, which promises live music, tons of barbeque, and 30 microbrew taps. The whole shebang is a fundraiser for the Oregon Zoo. Ribs, beer, helping adorable zoo animals. Everybody wins! Except for vegansexuals.

NW 14th & Flanders, Sat 11 am-9 pm, Sun 11 am-7 pm, $2 donation

IMNSHO, vegansexuals always win

Did you see the photo of the ZZ Top tribute band? Tell me you'll go to this fest in anything other than full ironic mode?

Vegansexuals might attend to affirm their sexual purity, however. Nothing arousing there...

Oh...I wouldn't go anywhere near the festival. But I don't see how having a hick festival in PDX means that vegansexuals lose. Hell, if anything we get all the ZZ Top loving carnivores in one place in case a meteor hits...

This is an event in serious decline. One big vendor and two small ones and a lot of bad smelling smoke.
