Yesterday was the release date for Places, the debut record from Georgie James. The duo (not a Georgie or a James in the bunch) of John Davis (he used to be in Q and Not U) and Laura Burhenn (a respective solo performer) are behind one of this year’s best—and most underrated—albums.
