Film Your New Homepage.

God I love fansites. Maybe I just like being creeped right the fuck out by how in loooooove people are with celebrities (or which celebrities they choose to be in love with), or maybe it’s their always-terrible design, or maybe it’s their worrisome FAQs. (If you need to ask who “SMG” is, you’re in the wrong place.)

A lot of people have said/reported that Sarah is stuck up and is a bitch in real life. Is she?

It’s not our place to make statements about her character, but what we do know of her is that she is a nice person who is very down to earth and devoted to her fans (check out the special messages she has sent the fans through this site). However, she has always taken her career very seriously and strives to keep her privacy. Many people confuse this with being a snob or a diva. She treats the people that work for and with her the way anyone would in a business and if they’re doing something wrong, she is likely to tell them. Unfortunately, her assertiveness and focus are often misinterpreted as negative qualities. Sarah isn’t perfect. She is ‘just another young woman striving to succeed in her chosen profession. She is, behind all the Hollywood hoopla, simply SMG!’ (JPM)

So anyway. I discovered that one of my favorite fansites, fansofjohngoodman.com (“one fan’s tribute to a great actor”) is, sadly, defunct. (They had an amazing FAQ, which I can’t find, but you can check the cached bio here.) Did this make me sad? Yes. Luckily, I have a new favorite fansite, one with such an amazing name and such mind-blowing content that it has to be written like this:

CAGEFACTOR.COM

I won’t dilly-dally with long-winded descriptions of this site. I’ll simply let you explore it yourself. All I will say further on the matter is that by way of CAGEFACTOR.COM’s holiday-themed wallpaper page, I now have the below wallpaper. Merry Christmas!

I’d also like to recommend the Movie Goofs part of the site, and the Cartoons part of the site, and the Drawings part of the site, where you will find this terrifying little number:

That is a picture of how Nicolas Cage felt when he found CAGEFACTOR.COM. Also, I should note that “To use Lucia’s drawings on your site you must have permission!!” I do not have Lucia’s permission to use the above picture. Sorry, Lucia!*

*I am not really sorry. At all. Lucia, your pictures are fucking scary.

John Goodman FAQ :

Is John dead? I heard that he was.

I have no idea how this story is getting around. I assure you that John is alive, happy and doing quite well.

Where can I write to him?

The address is at the bottom of the biography page and at the bottom of the main page. I have verified it with his office and he does receive fan mail that is sent to him at that address. NEVER use any other address.

Was he ever married to Roseanne?

Only on TV

That covers things for now......

Go check Melanie Griffith's site, though it's been a while since she's updated.

That's www.melaniegriffith.com , and don't say I never did nothin' for ya'.

A couple days ago I took this picture of the image above my bed.

(I'm prepared for it not to show up -- it's the poster, sans text, for Lord of War. Nick's face made out of thousands of bullets.)

Thanks for showing me cagefactor.

wow, youre using somones copyrighted work without there permission..well done,

if the author of that drawing has any scense at all they should sue TPM for theft/copyright violation.

Oh, and before somone starts on the whole "its not copyrigthted untill you register it with the copyright office" (or somthing equaly stupid), thats incorrect, as soon as you create somthing you own the copyright.

I can't believe you didn't find the scariest fansite around.

Why would a grown woman have a fansite for Kids Incorporated?

Bob. Please learn how to spell and use proper grammer. Please.

*Grammar*. Sorry. (Curse you, Kelsey Grammer.)

actually, I just have a question. does anyone know if gene hackman has grandchildren? he commented on them once.

Dear sweet Jenny....frankly I couldnt give a monkeys if my grammer is incorrect....the law is still the law, im kinda amazed that an actual newspaper, that has its own copyright to look after would so obviously steal it from somone else.
