Yesterday, Congress finally showed a little backbone and overrode Bush’s veto of a water bill that would help prevent floods and re-build the Gulf Coast. This is the first time Congress has shot down one of Bush’s veto.

This is the first time a G.W. Bush veto has been overturned, but hasn't he been the president with the least number of vetoes, if not ever than definitely in the top ten? I seem to recall there was at least one president who never vetoed anything.
