…and he seemed to be enjoying it. This took me by surprise, for some reason. Challenged my preconceptions about the mayor, perhaps. So I thought I’d share the sight with you, because I think it’s good we have a mayor who not only interests himself in renaming streets and forming committees, but also in 21st century artists like Chuck Close.

Chas Bowie just pointed out the Chuck Close exhibition is called "PROCESS and collaboration," with very few finished products on display. Hmmm. Perhaps that was why Potter was so interested?
