Please educate me- What is the diff between "Mexican" and "Guatemalan" tamales? Thanks!!!!
I believe the Guatemalan ones are wrapped in banana leaves, and the Mexican ones in the corn husks. There might be some spice differences, too.
They need to come up with a catchy name for this fine product. How do you say "No laws, no borders" en espanol? Add "tamales" to that. How does that roll off the tongue?
seriously? 1-3 on a Friday? why do those of us with 9-5's have to suffer :(
If you email them, I'm sure they'd work something out. The hours were expanded last time around.
They are all chicken and vegetable? Or did you mean they have chicken OR vegetable?

What if I work from 1-3 outside of downtown? Is there a way to purchase the tamales? I've only been away from Texas for a few weeks and I need a fix.
