This is the best news I have heard in a very long time. Judge Mosman finally realized what Oregon's intiative and referendum law means!

this "heterosexual ally" says Kick Ass! Or kiss ass, if that's how you prefer to celebrate....way to go, judge Mosman. Can't wait to hear the details why.

A long sigh of relief on this good news. The primary reason to put it on the ballot in the first place was to get the "bible thumpers" to come out and vote for the Republican candidate for president in November.

So at least that smoke screen is over for a while. But as long time activist, I know they will be back, different face, new lies, same old tricks.

It seems like intolerance and self righteousness never go away.

Yes - that country registry is something entirely different, and doesn't confer the statewide benefits.

i have same sex partner,we can't live each other,because i've immigrated to USA,and my hopeness can sponsor her come her,i hope one day the goverment of USA allow i can sponsor her come here

Thanks God and Greyhound the Tennessee tornadoes are gone! I'm not sure that the judge had good enough cause to delay the law, but at least he did the right thing in the end.

Thank god this law has finally passed and now we can go on living our lives being treated as real human beings and have the same rights that everyone else does and that we deserve..
