People falling down? Always funny. Even when a kid busts her ass, it’s hilarious. But there’s something about this particular video that makes it a SUPER CRACK UP.

I think it's funny because it involves a band nerd. And the post-fall applause is especially humiliating.

It was the fluidity and nonchalance with which the chair was removed. I think it's a Laurel & Hardy thing.

Funny, yes, but it could be even funnier. Flute? Not that funny. Imagine if the person falling was holding a cello, or had a big ol' tuba wrapped around her. Or a giant bass drum strapped on!

Is that my high school? Or did everyone have those same white shell thingies.
