Election 2008 Meet the Contenders: Race for Commissioner Seat #4

Posted by Amy J. Ruiz on Tue, Mar 25 at 11:32 AM

In honor of spring break, we let the candidates off a little easier this week. Fortunately for you, the question—er, questions—are far more entertaining! (And, in a rare turn of events, all four candidates in this race responded.)

We’ll get back to policy and tougher issues next week. If you’ve got a suggestion, hit me up.

The questions are coupled with their responses.

Great Q&A. If I was voting based on this, it'd be Randy in a landslide.

"Cranberry and soda with a lime twist." Yeah, right. Come on, Randy. We know you're more fun than that.

Is it a rule that politicians have to pretend they don't order alcohol at a bar? Seriously, kudos to the first guy who says "Gin. Gin, and lots of it."

Dave-
It is definitely not a rule that politicians pretend they don't order alcohol at a bar.

It’s just that that this politician has already consumed his share...and yours.

In fact, my friends call my cranberry and soda with a lime twist a "Good Randy". They refer to my previous favorite –cranberry and vodka with a lime twist- a "Bad Randy".

I don't know... vodka and cranberry sounds more like a Bad Francesconi.

I know Randy's deepest, darkest secret. "Nasty" doesn't even begin to describe it...
