Welcome to Portland. The city where it’s sunny on February 10, then snows on March 28.
Le Portland: Il fait de la neige…

Hey look, that picture's taken from the Roosevelt Hotel building off of Park and Salmon. Nice view, Matt.
Incredulous, indeed. It's ironic that someone so passionate about the plight of the homeless and the victims of gentrification should choose to buy a condo in a building that was HUD housing for low-income senior citizens! 58 elderly and/or disabled people were displaced with just a couple of months notice when the Roosevelt Apartments converted to condos about 10 years ago. Many of those people had been living there for over a decade and had to scramble to find housing before they were evicted by the new owners. If this is in fact where you live, you have no right coming down on others for equally reprehensible behavior.
Ou sont les neiges des antans?
Ok, now I want to cut my own head off.
