Music A Baby That’s Impossible to Hate

Posted by Wm. Steven Humphrey on Fri, Apr 25 at 1:58 PM

We don’t post a lot of baby videos on Blogtown, because… well, you hate babies. Babies remind you of responsibility and never going out again and never having a moments privacy and an empty bank account. HOWEVER. While most babies are intrinsically hate-able, I defy you not to flip head over heels over this Korean toddler singing The Beatles’ “Hey Jude.” (Look, I hate babies AND the Beatles, yet I love this. Ergo, so will you.)

I seem to hate babies for an entirely different reason than you--and one that still trumps your bet: babies grow into adult humans, easily the most vile creatures fouling up the planet today. No amount of cutesy guitar-strumming will stop this child from growing up into one, so, yeah, it doesn't work for me.

Nihilism, now THAT warms my heart. Got any cutesy videos of that?

Babies are cool and kids this age can be funny & entertaining but this video is neither of those. It's not like the kid is doing his own thing is it? Just a kid doing what it's parents are telling him to do. Lame. Now here is a kid doing his own thing, about the same age. Now this kid rocks, literally.

That was amazing.
