Edible Portland has a great story in the spring issue about the folks from the Eastside Egg Co-operative. There is also video of the project, featuring some of the cutest chickens you ever saw. Eastside Egg Co-op operates out of Zenger farm with a volunteer crew collecting eggs and caring for the chickens. According to flyers posted in area coffee shops, they could use some more help.
