Film This Looks Really Scary

That doesn’t mean the movie will be scary, but check out the trailer for The Strangers:

It hasn’t been acknowledged that this movie has essentially the same premise as Them, which is suspect. And having Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman in a movie is never a good thing. But as some dude on the imdb.com page said, this is “one of the best suspense movies ever.” How could that possibly be wrong?

This looks bad to me!! It's a collection of worn-out bits from a hundred movies: the "scary" masks, the squeaking empty children's swing; the axe through the door; the "scary" old record player playing suddenly; the "OMG I saw a face and now it's gone!" schtick; the "scary" writings on the wall, etc. LAME-O. Just another crappy retread.
