Jenna Bush got married.
It’s going to be 90+ degrees by the end of the week.
Will this be the week Hillary Clinton concedes, or is she waiting until Oregon’s primary next week? Campaigning this weekend, “she highlighted her own mother’s working-class upbringing and quoted from letters she said mothers have written her recently. Clinton said her favorite letter ended, ‘It’s not over until the lady in the pantsuit says it is.’” (Can I put on a pantsuit and say it’s over?)
The use of the name Myanmar is in effect a sort of support of Burma's ruling party. Not sure why it is that the US media uses Myanamr instead of Burma. Burmese people I know refer to their country as Burma. (also Burmese is easier than, er, what is it, Myanmarese? :-) )Anyway the BBC has this to say: "the UK doesn't recognise the legitimacy of the regime that changed the name". They have an article here on the subject:

Given the horrendous human rights abuses in that country I personally don't feel compelled to go along with the junta. Burma it is.
