Posted by Matt Davis on Mon, May 19 at 5:57 PM

In case you missed it on TV, Obama’s campaign just put up a Youtube of his speech in Waterfront Park yesterday:

Comments

Much clearer than the Mercury recording which sounded a lot like this:

blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE! blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE! blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE!
blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE!
blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE!
blahblahblahblahblah CHANGE! blahblahblahblahblah HOPE!

(In place of those blah blah blahs', use the teacher voice from Charlie Brown)

Man... Anyone get a vid of that poor lady who was on before Barack?

You think with like... maybe knowing she was going to be saying things in front of a crowd of thousands of people... Not only that, but she'd be preceding one of the greatest orators we've seen in our generation... She would have maybe prepared something? Maybe something better than "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH AAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW HAHAHA YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEAAAAHHHHHH"

God. That was the most awkward shit I've ever witnessed. Bless her heart. I'm sure she's sweet... and I'm sure she's great... But goddam. She needs to work on that delivery.
