Politics Want to Help the Homeless Protest? Meeting Tonight

Posted by Amy J. Ruiz on Sun, May 11 at 1:38 PM

A group called the Portland Coalition Against Poverty is “calling out for solidarity” with the protesters in front of city hall, urging “the non-homeless” to camp out at city hall, especially as Tuesday—and a potential police sweep—approaches.

There’s a meeting tonight at 5, at Terry Shrunk Plaza (between 3rd and 4th at Madison, across from city hall) to “coordinate… efforts.” More details after the meeting.
