Politics Columbia River Crossing at Metro

Posted by Amy J. Ruiz on Thu, Jun 5 at 2:22 PM

Now, I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t attend Metro council hearings very often. But I highly doubt the regional body draws an overflow crowd, uh, ever. There about 60 people to testify on a trio of resolutions that will declare where Metro stands on this project. Metro president David Bragdon just told us he’ll call for a break at 5 pm. Sheesh. This could go on all night! No wifi, but I’ll update later.

They still don't have the wi-fi up? Bummer.

Metro draws plenty of crowds, especially when they're talking about the UGB.

...yeah or urban/rural reserves. That always fills the chambers and the overflow.
