Not content with solving the problems, by listening and charging money to do so, of Portland's day laborers, victims of gentrification, and disenfranchised mentally ill, Portland's facilitator of all ills, Judith Mowry, is heading to New Orleans. I WISH I could be there. I just WISH I could.
