Books A Liberal Arts Degree in a Box

About a month ago I went to Powell's to look for a specific book on artificial intelligence. It was from the Introducing Series by Icon books, a small independent British publisher, who apparently needs help, because the Introducing Series books that have not been reprinted are being purged (yes, the clerk at Powell's used the word purged!) from the bookstore because they have been sitting on the shelves.

These books are great primers to tons of subjects in philosophy, psychology and science. They include full page drawings in comic book fashion but have loads of useful information, if say, you want to know everything important there is to know about Derrida, Semiotics, or The Universe.
