i was just trying to point out that many people, especially in portland, respect the gender that a person identifies with. What is more offensive is your choice of links to this story, considering it was on just about every blog yesterday most of which were much more sensetive and even celebratory. A choice like this can create discourse on the subject which can sometimes be good, that being said your choice in links was purposly chosen to reach and offend the public and will no doubt create alot of comments. alot of comments equals alot of readers, thus raising your ad rates. In the process getting your name out to the public. you and tyra have alot in common.

I would think that the Mercury would have better taste than to link to an article about the transgirl on ANTM than that. The entire article (not to mention the comments section) is full of transphobic crap. Come on!
