Ying Admits "Blacklist" Exists

Stephen Ying of the Chinese Consolodated Business Association (CCBA) has been telling the Old Town Chinatown Neighborhood Assocation this afternoon about Officer Jeff Myers' Neighborhood Liveability Program, on the private oversight committee of which, he is apparently sitting.

"They have the blacklist of chronic offenders," he says.

What list?

You should ask former Myers' sidekick Samantha Kennedy about the list. She was the one who started the ACCESS project with him.
