Election 2008 Social Studies Teacher Calls It For Obama

At the party I'm at in SW Portland, one of the party members, a teacher at Riverdale (K-8), just received a call from her colleague, a social studies teacher. He has called the race for Obama. You know what they say... as go the social studies teachers, so goes the nation!
BTW, other party participants are arriving with champagne. There is a definite feeling of... oh, what else... Hope!
