MSNBC's Joe Scarborough Said a Very Dirty Word

Posted by Wm.™ Steven Humphrey on Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 10:14 AM

You know... I usually don't mind people cursing at me -- in my job it happens roughly every 37 minutes. However! CAN'T YOU PLEASE WAIT UNTIL I GET TO WORK? Now I can't even watch the almost always relaxing Morning Joe on MSNBC without host Joe Scarborough saying... saying... oh, my sweet lord, I can't even utter the word! Gosh darn you, Joe! Another morning has been ruined by your very awkward NSFW antics! And no... I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGIES!!

personally i think this "uh, please don't curse" shit (or crap, for those with sensitivities) has gone way to far in our society... i understand that perhaps children shouldn't be exposed to it according to most out there, but if we as a society stop putting so much emphasis on the negative conotations of such vulgarity, it would cease to be vulgar and revert to an everyday norm... and lets please not be naive about the exposure our children are actually experiencing, it is after all, common for young teens to get involved in far harsher things such as pregnancy, std's, drugs, gangs, theft, murder, the list goes on... i know it is trendy to put on the "helmet of superficial ideals +2" but realistically, i see a pussification of our nation if this censorship continues...
