James Chasse, Circa 1982.

Posted by Matt Davis on Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 5:36 PM

Before he fell victim to schizophrenia, and ultimately, death in police custody. These photos were just developed yesterday by his childhood friend, Steve Doughton, who shot them on a Rolleiflex camera and never got the shots developed. It's an honor to post them on Blogtown. And there are, like, 20 more.

Nice to see these pictures after all these years. They were made with a Mamiya C-3. The negs and a contact sheet were developed the day following the shoot. Enlargements were never made.
