Food Colleen French is Back in Town

Back before there was Le Pigeon, there was Colleen's, and after a stint in New York, Colleen is back on Portland's culinary scene. It looks like what she's got up her sleeve isn't another restaurant though, but something called Renegade, part supper club, part "art project with food as the medium," where everyone pitches in—these are the scraps I remember from her description last night as we downed a few Christmas cocktails... whatever it ends up looking like, it's going to be one of the hottest tables at which to dine in 2009... Stay tuned.
