TV Good Afternoon, Television!

Hey Erik Henriksen! The series finale of STARGATE ATLANTIS is tonight (SciFi, 9 pm)—but you already knew that, didn't you?
Patrick Swayze—who has a new TV show called The Beast debuting next week—checked himself into the hospital today with pneumonia. I can't take much more of this.
While an agreement has yet to be reached with creator Matthew Weiner, Mad Men WILL return this summer! Phew!!
One week until the season return of Battlestar Galactica! Watch it on the big screen at the Bagdad Theater for FREE.
It is agreed: 24 (season premiere Sunday night, 8 pm, FOX) cannot successfully exist simultaneously with the Obama administration.
Meanwhile, Obama asked Congress to "postpone the federally mandated switch to all-digital broadcast television, called DTV, scheduled to take place Feb. 17." Mr. President-Elect… please go back to the economy, and let us worry if Grandma will be able to watch According to Jim.
Neil Patrick Harris will be hosting SNL this week… with a surprise appearance from Liza Minnelli? EEEEE!! I'm not joking! EEEEEEEEEE!!!
But here's the debut I'm most excited about this weekend: TOOL ACADEMY (VH1, Sunday, 10 pm), in which a bunch of meathead tools are sent to "relationship bootcamp" by their naggy girlfriends! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WATCH!
