Sure, there have been a lot of "very special" episodes of E.R. But tonight? THIS "very special" episode is "sooooo very special," it's mentally retarded. I'M NOT KIDDING. If you miss this "very special" episode, your grandmother will be pushed off the deck of cruise ship with a metal desk tied around her vagina. It's THAT special.
