A press release put out by the organization's spokesman this weekend:

Recall Sam Adams 'Kick Out' event

Portland, Oregon — The political action committee 'Community to Recall Sam Adams' will be holding a 'Kick Out' party at Nick's Famous Coney Island (3746 SE Hawthorn) on Thursday May 14th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Volunteer spokesperson Jasun Wurster commended the business owners “For having the courage to publicly donate their resources and to stand up to Sam Adams' lying to get elected, orchestrating an elaborate cover-up and abuse of power”. He continued, “This recall is truly a community of volunteers across the Portland Metro-Region working together towards the common goal of holding Adams accountable for his civic transgressions.”

Members of the PAC will be available to answer questions from concerned citizens and the media about how their positive, honorable and civil grassroots recall campaign will remove Sam Adams as mayor of Portland. The recall will not hire paid signature gathers and is asking all volunteers to donate 4 hours this July to walk Portland neighborhoods to help collect 50,000 signatures from registered Portland voters. Volunteers and donors are not required live in the city of Portland.

A donation form can be downloaded here.

As usual, we'll be there to cover the event in case you're curious but don't actually fancy showing up.
