Miss CA gets to keep her crown—oh, and here are some snaps from a second topless photo shoot.

Carrie Prejean, the San Diego beauty pageant contestant whose opposition to same-sex marriage catapulted her into the nation's culture wars, will keep her crown as Miss California USA.

Donald Trump made the call—because, hey, all publicity is good publicity, and this Miss CA fracas is the best thing that ever happened to Carrie Prejean and the Miss USA pageant. And let the revisionist history begin:

“On April 19, on that stage, I exercised my freedom of speech, and I was punished for doing so,” Prejean said. “This should not happen in America. It undermines the constitutional rights for which my grandfather fought for.”

Yes, what about Prejean's constitutional right to deny other people their constitutional rights? Isn't that worth fighting for?
