Portland / News Neon Rose Up, Critiques Welcome

It may have been dubbed "insane" and "beyond troubling" by a New York Times architecture writer and another City Commissioner respectively, but Randy's Neon Rose(TM) is officially up. 
NEON ROSE: MOUNTED TWO DAYS EARLY...
"Everybody thought it was going up on Friday," says Commissioner Leonard. "But I was walking across the bridge this morning and I saw them pulling it off the truck and mounting it."
