New Deal has been quite busy lately experimenting with new products and opening a tasting room. They’ll be premiering their new Mud Puddle chocolate vodka sometime this month—hopefully they’ll bring some of the pre-release stuff to Bar Avignon—and it will be interesting to see what kind of cocktails all the tinkering and building has inspired.
Cocktails are great, but they’re even better with good food, and I have never been disappointed by anything Bar Avignon has put on my table. I expect the options on the late-spring menu will be more than adequate accompaniment to New Deal’s cocktails. If you haven’t been, check it out tonight. It’s a gem.
