Film Today in Unexplainable Filipino Cinema

How to intro this… hmmm… okay. It's the ending of a bizarre Filipino Batman and Robin film in which the dynamic duo wears baseball caps instead of masks, and sings "Let's Go to the Hop" with the Penguin, a midget Spider-Man, and Billy Dee Williams (I think) as the Joker.
Yup, that about covers it.
