The problem is that the joke is suitable for fucking dumb fucks. Smart people can only be enraged by it. How much do you want to bet, they first tried writing "expresso" but then someone made them correct it, but then they were like "It still works." Also I would argue that the deeper message that the sign is really saying, is essentially, "FUCK YOU," but that is a lengthier treatise for another time and forum.

The last thing I would want if I were sick or dying, or visiting someone sick or dying, is to be reminded that the world is being taken over by morons! All it needs is to be hand-scrawled in blood with a 666 and signed Satan himself! "Expresso yourself! CACKLE CACKLE CACKLE!!!! See you in hell!"
