News Sit/Lie Meeting: Fritz Justifies Limited Invites

Some justification from City Commissioner Amanda Fritz for limiting invites to today's 1pm sit/lie meeting.
I coordinated with the Mayor in setting up today's meeting. We learned from the first planning meeting for our Town Halls over the summer, that having many people present doesn't give each much time to speak. There will be other open meetings later for anyone to comment on the package of proposals that emerges from the conversation today.The Mayor and I will be the only members of the Council present.

Still no firm word from the mayor's office about press access, but we're assuming this means the meeting is open. We have an email back in to Commissioner Fritz to confirm.
